Professional Development

The Montshire offers teacher workshops and curriculum coaching that provide the knowledge, skills, and curriculum resources to support K-8 STEM teaching and learning.We work with you to strengthen the ecosystem of science learning through support and collaboration. Our programs, specifically designed to meet the needs of students and educators, aim to engage young minds and enhance the education experience.

Teacher Leader Certificate Program

The Montshire STEM Teacher Leader Certificate Program is a year-long experience for classroom teachers designed to create and support a network of classroom teachers who have the tools, knowledge, and passion to become leaders for STEM education in their schools. Work with Montshire Educators and other teachers to enhance your STEM teaching and share your experience back at your school.

School-Wide Professional Development Workshops

Engage your entire school staff in a hands-on professional development workshop led by a Montshire Educator. Designed to grow comfort, confidence and community in and through inquiry-based STEM learning and instruction, these workshops include hands-on activities, curricular connections across disciplines, and support engagement in the Next Generation Science Standards. Workshops may range between 45 minutes to two hours, and may be scheduled as a single program or as a multi-day series.For more information, contact us at adam.blankenbicker@montshire.org

STEM Alliance School Partnership Program
