The Montshire has established a special impact fund, Montshire Now & Next, to help us confront another year of fiscal and programmatic challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Contributions will help us unlock a $50,000 matching gift from the Jack and Dorothy Byrne Foundation.
Support Science, Support Families, Support Your Community
Science is more important than ever before, and the Montshire Museum of Science plays a vital role in advancing the understanding of and appreciation for science. We need your help to continue cultivating intellectual curiosity, critical thinking skills, and evidence-based decision-making.
As a nonprofit community organization, the Montshire relies on charitable contributions from people like you. Your gifts help provide joyful family experiences at the Museum, professional development for teachers, outreach programs for rural communities, and virtual programming for all ages.
In a typical year, the Montshire receives a significant portion of its revenue from earned income sources, such as admission fees, program fees, memberships, and retail sales. Today, these revenues are just a fraction of their normal levels. We need your support to serve the community now, and prepare for a better future.
