Museum Hours
The Montshire is open 7 days a week, 10am to 5pm.
General Admission
June 1, 2023 through September 4, 2023
- $20 for adults
- $17 for children 2–17
- Free for members and children under 2 years of age.
September 5, 2023 through May 31, 2024

The Montshire does not have reciprocity with other museums or institutions. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult when on museum property, including when shopping the museum store. Please refrain from visiting Science Park and the trails when the Museum is not open.
Warm Welcome
$3 admission for VT or NH residents with EBT card, adult Medicaid card, or free/reduced price school meals letter. Limit 6 visitors. Adult visitor must be named on Medicaid card. Some restrictions apply.
Montshire Passbook
Montshire Passbooks contain 12 admission passes for $180. The passes have no expiration dates.
