Nonprofit Donation Requests

Request a Donation of Admission Passes

Nonprofit organizations may request a donation of admission passes for a fundraiser. We will consider all requests from organizations that fit our eligibility guidelines.

The Montshire is pleased to support other nonprofit organizations by considering donation requests. If approved, we provide a pair of admission passes and a coupon for a one-time, 10% discount in our Museum Store. Both are valid for one year after the date of the fundraiser. Elligibility

Donation requests are only considered if they are in support of a raffle or auction, not as gifts or incentives for employees.

Organizations must be based in or serving Vermont and New Hampshire. We do not make donations to for-profit companies or individuals. (Individuals with low incomes may qualify for our Warm Welcome program.)

Donations are limited to one per year per nonprofit organization, and requests may be declined if they are adverse to our mission.

We do not make gifts of cash to any group.

How to apply

All requests must be completed online using our donation request form. Please apply at least 30 days prior to your fundraising event. If you have questions, please call the Office Coordinator at 802-649-2200, ext. 200 or email montshire@montshire.org

You will receive your donation request in the mail two to four weeks after your application submission. If there are any issues or concerns with your application, we will contact you.

We regret that we cannot fulfill every request. Please know, however, that each request will receive careful consideration.
