with the Hanover Garden Club
Join the Hanover Garden Club at the Montshire for a discussion on “Rock Gardens,” with Hanover Garden Club member Marianne Kuchel.
The program will begin at 1pm with a short business meeting prior to the talk. Refreshments will be served at 2:15pm.
Marianne Kuchel will demonstrate how you can utilize the Upper Valley’s abundant ledge and stone for even a small rock garden or lovely troughs, as well as plants you might consider.
Marianne began to specialize in rock gardens and troughs, growing most of her material from seed, after visiting different types of gardens from the Czech Republic to British Columbia.
Marianne has an Associate Degree in Landscape Design from George Washington University and a Master Gardener certification from the State of Vermont. She is also a Board member of the North American Rock Garden Society.
