Artful Insects Virtual Workshop

Explore the diversity and adaptations of insects in this three week virtual workshop series that combines natural history and making. In your materials kit you’ll have everything you need to create your own artful insects from stamps, paper, cloth and wire to highlight the beautiful, strange, and surprisingly hairy bodies of bugs.

Ages 6-8, Tuesdays, 10:00am-11:30am, November 3, 10, 17

3-week sessions, $75 members/$85 non-members

Pre-registration at least 7 days in advance of program start date. Kits for pre-registered families will be available for pick up at the Museum Store of Montshire Museum of Science 7 days prior to the program start date. During the workshop, a Museum Educator will lead learners through activities via Zoom. Zoom links will be sent to registered participants a few days prior to the workshop.
