Health Research Live! Understanding Community Health

How do we understand and address community health needs in our local area? Every three years a number of community health partners in the Upper Valley facilitate a Community Health Needs Assessment. This contributes to a community health improvement plan that guides numerous organizations to address relevant health issues.
