Directions

It’s easy to get to the Montshire, and easy to get into nature once you’re here.

The Montshire is conveniently located just off Interstate 91 at Exit 13 (look for the “Museum of Science” signs) in Norwich, Vermont, five miles north of White River Junction. The Museum is directly across the Connecticut River from Hanover, New Hampshire, home of Dartmouth College.

Once you’re at the Museum, you’ll find it easy to forget how close you are to major Interstates. Walking on our 110 acres of wooded trails along the Connecticut River or enjoying our open-air Science Park, you’ll leave the sounds of traffic behind. You’re far more likely to hear bird calls, and children playing.
